A one-page Dungeon Crawling TTRPG where players take turns as Room Runner (game master) running the rooms of an ever changing dungeon.

It is said that the Dungeon is ever changing, no two adventuring parties have described it in the same way, not that many make it out. You are a band of lowly adventurers, not the type with magic or those who follow the gods. No! Steel and sweat is how you ply your trade, though if you find a spell scroll maybe you’ll be able to read it, or maybe you’ll accidentally summon a demon?! You have come to the Dungeon to get in, find a treasure and get out.

What’s it about?

- A dungeon crawler where everyone takes turns as the Room Runner (GM) Are you a forever GM? Get your players to give GMing a go.

- when you’re the room runner you roll to see what happens to your character, usually adding a complication for the rest of the party

- your die is your POWER, it represents how strong you are, and how close you are to dying your POWER starts as a d12 a roll of 4+ is always a success. Each time you roll a 1 or get hurt you drop your die a size down: d12 becomes a d10, d10 becomes a d8 and so on. This means there is very little to track on a character sheet.

- when you get the treasure you roll on a treasure complications table making it harder to get back out.
